The Restaurant
The restaurant is harmoniously decorated in wood and local stone. Hand painted cupboards and Savoie furniture set the tone of the friendly atmosphere for the cuisine served here and on the terrace.
You will be able to admire the Alpine summits from the large bay windows : Mont-Blanc, Aiguille du Midi, Aiguille Verte, les Drus...
The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, except Wednesday for lunch and Thursday for lunch.

A Cuisine which is both simple and refined
The chef prepares a different menu each day using the products available at the local market.
The menu features cheese and other regional specialities which will satisfy both gourmets and those with a hearty appetite who love fine, traditional cooking :
small hot reblochon (local cheese) pasties, traditional veal blanquette, pan-fried veal liver lyonnaise-style, pan-fried frogs' legs with fine herbs, fillet of duck breast with Alpine honey...
Regional fish are also available, such as fillets of perch, and whitefish from the Leman lake.
We also offer a unique speciality: «le Farcement de Cordon» renowned in the whole region and made with passion, just like Grandmother used to in the old days at the «Hostellerie du Mont Blanc».
This speciality made with grated potatoes, bacon and dried fruit delighted all the family after the Sunday mass. It's a must to try !
The Wines
The flavours of the food are enhanced by the fine wine menu, which provides a wide choice of Savoie wines, including many medal-winners, as well as Bordeaux and Burgundy grands crus; there are also wines from all the regions in France, selected at the vineyards cellars.
Good food, good wine, good feeling.... to be consumed without moderation facing the Mont Blanc!
