General sales conditions

Cancellation:
Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before the arrival date. For any cancellation between 7 and 3 days before arrival, the first night will be billed and collected. For any cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no show, the entire reservation will be cashed and non-refundable

Security deposit
The credit card number is requested as a guarantee. No direct debits will be made except in the cases of cancellation indicated above or of no show.

Arrival: The rooms will be available from 1PM. Please inform us of any late arrival times.
Departure: The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
There will be a room available to you free of charge for you to change or leave your luggage during the day.

In case of dispute

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility of entering the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), free of charge, within one year of the complaint. written addressed to the professional.

The referral to the consumer mediator must be made:

- either by letter addressed to AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS.

No right of withdrawal

In application of article L221-8 12 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services. Thus, in the context of your reservation within our establishment, you will not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
